Search Engine Optimization – Often referred to as SEO for short is the optimization of your website’s content, structure, and design which will allow search engines to rank your web pages based on their relevance to a user’s search query. In addition to optimizing the website itself search engine optimization often involves optimizing external factors such as making sure that your website isn’t hosted on a provider which has been banned/blacklisted by google, making sure your domain is forwarding www and non-www requests properly and building backlinks to your website.
